Spring

Flowers

Spring blooms at Gallrein Farms by mid-April, when nine greenhouses full of flowers offer you a headstart on a yardful of blooms and lovely hanging baskets.

We grow the flowers you have loved for years: geraniums, impatiens, begonias, and marigolds, but we also grow the best of many new varieties so that you can find a wider selection than you might elsewhere. We also have a great selection of perennials.

Come out and browse through our covered greenhouses, were you don’t have to worry about the weather outside.

Come early for the best selection and be sure to bring a friend!

Vegetables

For your garden at home, we have tomatoes and other vegetable plants grown in our greenhouses and ready for transplanting as soon as danger of frost has passed.

Strawberries

We grow several acres of juicy red strawberries which mature in late May as spring slips into summer. Come pick them yourself (due to weather there will be no u-pick this year (2011)) or buy them by the basketful in our market. Enjoy the delights of the the season!
